LMAO just goes to show you, listen to Zagal! well this is my second time writing this entry after accidently clicking the wrong icon. After playing GTA San Andreas i noticed that it was not my choice of top shelf drinks. Yeah the Game is heavily littered with stereotypes and very unlikely circumstances. I found myself just trying to kill as many bystanders and Law enforcement officers before i was finally "wasted". Beyond the "fresh" and "Original" storyline,;). the game was very repetitive, bascically take out one gang before they take me out. I didn't bother with some missions and proceeded to play "How many stars can i Get Before i get wasted? After achieving a maximum of 4 stars I felt like having a whole new makeover but even the haircuts in the the game are very stereotypical of the african american community, I guess rockstar really did some heavy duty invistigations. I guess after playing the many other types of GTA i have become tired of the same old actions missions and stereotypes found in these games.

Well After playing San Andreas for a second time, I again found myself diverting from the mission. The lure of killing people for cash was just too great and fun to pass up. I have made it further into the game this time around, I think it's ironic that you have A "hardcore" gang swear all the time, say that CJ is not down for the hood, or that he "ain't Represent", but then you have them fighting off drug dealers and telling the "homies to stay away from drugs. It's funny when I viewed the scene being portrayed on the TV screen but then i remembered, having a background in gang history from a previous class, that gangs were originally made to bring a sense of peace into the neighborhood. Well, at least as how they viewed it, gangs had a moral code and code of conduct but with time drugs messed them up and with a new and younger generation we have the gangs we see in the game. When i ventured further into San Andreas the stereotypes kept coming,I stole a car and suddenly as i slowed down it just started to hop, a low-rider car i stole from a rival latino gang. After completing a few missions I decided to go on a murder spree and to my surprise once you kill someone cops well come after you but.... depending on the way you kill a bystander cops well not come as fast as you might think. Maybe society views murders committed with different weapons differently.

I have never, personally, paid much attention to the grand theft auto game series. I would play the games only with friends or relatives just to mess with the virtual cops and see how long we can last before we die. This being the first time i have played the San Andreas version i was really surprised at most of the stereotypes in the game at first, but then again it is GTA. I have only made it passed the tutorial missions which took me some time, the camera was going the opposite of where i wanted it to go all the time. I'm a 360 player, rarely play PS2 or 3, thus my maneuvering options in the game were very limited. Soon enough i found myself just riding bike stealing car and killing people just for the fun of it but have not really complete main story plot. I think that this is what most people do at first to get a feel for the game. Compared to GTA 4 i hated the way you could not have a yellow line to follow to get to my next mission, it always took me for ever to find a location. Next time i think i will follow the story plot more precisely and not just run around killing people for money and eating so much food. I guess the game is the way it is to leave the stresses of everyday life behind, i know i do when i play, you are allowed to do certain things one cannot do in real life that's for sure.
