I have fun playing the game. The character in the game is described as a black gangster who lives in South Central Los Angeles. He is skilled with careful car thievery and expert drive-by shooting managing smart prostitutes. I think like some people that the videogame shoudl be restricted to be watched by mature adults only as it contains violent scenes and vulgar languanges that could have a negative influence on young viewers. Watching the game Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the ethical choices of the characters can have a bad influence where values are presented in being violent. They practice how to fire guns to get better and beteer on how to aim or shoot. They steal or grab soneone else's car and engage in prostitution. CJ hits on anybody and the player loses its money is part of the gameplay. He is involved with drug dealers and gangbangers and corruption.
We do things knowing what is morally right or wrong. Based on Utilitarian theory, we can resolve behavior problems at a given circimstances and look to the consequences. Everybody will be involved in crimes if one reason is not held true in one case to another. Moral regulations to resolve the ethicalissues can protect us against violent crimes and we can avoid the bad consequences like violating our rights and other people's rights. Moral ethics would require us to come up with regulations and such could come up with a legislation on certain moral issues about videogames.
The other Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas mission is for CJ to find out who murderedhis mother. After years in jail, he is going home and got framed up by two cops for a crime. His mission is to save his family and running the streets of the state of San Andreas.

I think the videogame is watched or should be watched by mature adults. Unlike other games there is violence to be avoided that could be harmful to the viewers especially the children. I think the game contains scenes that is restricted. Watching it, I have to be cautious with the ethical choices of the characters. The character in the game is described as a black California ghetto teen who is a member of a local gang that lives in South Central Los Angeles. He is skilled with careful car thievery and expert drive-by shooting managing smart prostitutes. I feel like I can be badly influenced by the life depicted by the member of the gang and being in Central Los Angeles where they exercise to stay in shape or stay fit. They like to practice how to fire guns to get better and better on how to aim or shoot. They eat at burger joints and they keep up with their relationships. The storylines are said to be cheeky when a girl is insisting to get a ride on a drive-by shooting.
It is a matter of choice to be caught in this kind of situation where values are presented in being violent. The behavior can be resolved if the girl has a car and be working rather than resort to violence. Because it is a negative influence and habitually harmful, there are victims of emotionally violent people. Therefore, we resolve to be responsible to do what we ought to do to avoid bad consequences like violating our rights and other people's rights.
Based on Utilitarian theory, we solve the problem from crimes on car thievery and prostitution. There is a problem and at a given circumstances, it is consequential. In response to criticism the principle of utility is to produce the greatest amount of good. When bad things happened, the good outweighs the bad. And justice tells that the greatest good outweighs to the greatest number. Drug dealers and gangbangers are busted by the good person confronted by violent or bad people.
The Power of the Media in advertising with videogames which appeals to the public has a negative or positive influence on the said crimes.
Moral ethics would require us to come up with regulations and such could come up with a legislation on certain moral issues about the game being harmful to
the viewing public.
The other videogame shows the character going home from jail and framed up by two cops for homicide. The mission is to find out who murdered his mother took him to journey across the entire state of San Andreas to save his family and run the streets. Violent with crimes it is resolved with the law enforcement, the local police station and the medical hospital that he had been. I have fun playing the videogame.
