When I put down the controller, I felt that I finally got a movie-like game that I was satisfied with. Movie-oriented games can be said to be a large number in the current industry, but in most cases, the processing of filming is only for the purpose of explaining the plot. Of course, depending on the type of game, the use of film-based expression techniques is certainly different. It is impossible to ask a main-view shooting game to take a few steps to come to a plot performance, in which case the game experience will be greatly reduced. However, adventure games like A Way Out are obviously the most suitable for filming.

Sep 27th, 2018 at 03:22:46 - A Way Out (PS4) |
The action adventure game "A Way Out" by Hazelight is the most popular game recently. This game was noticed by a trailer from last year's E3, and was dubbed "Jailbreak" before the game was officially released. I was curious about its gameplay and had some doubts: when I first saw the promo, I thought the operation of this game was based on "Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons". After all, these two games are works by Josef Fares. I am obviously wrong. The game is forced to split screen and must be completed by two players.
(P.S I've forgotten to post my thoughts from the Word document to the gamelog.)

Aug 30th, 2018 at 23:39:25 - Hitman (Complete First Season) (PC) |
Although the number of levels is not comparable to the previous ones, the so-called concentration is the essence. The map of each chapter of "Hitman" is a carefully designed small sandbox, which is composed of complicated duplex and multi-layer structure. The assassination route and details that can be found between the scenes are amazing. The bald head 47 can choose to infiltrate from various unexpected roads, and there are a large number of interactive props in the scene. But it takes a lot of time if you want to thoroughly understand the entire level structure.
