Pikmin 2 is an excellent game created by Nintendo's resident videogame god Shigeru Miyamoto. The game's main character is Captain Olimar who is on a mission to a planet that is presumably Earth to attain treasure to pay off the massive debt that was accumulated by his company during the first game. There are many differences between Pikmin 2 and Pikmin and all of the changes are for the better. One of the main differences is that unlike in the original Pikmin where the player only had 30 ("Pikmin") days to get all of Olimar's ship parts to escape, Pikmin 2 gives the player an unlimited amount of days to amass treasure as well as to explore and create an army of Pikmin.
