This game continuously keeps me entertained. There are new items and characters the more I progress through the game. The reward structure is entering new worlds. I like the extra features of the game. For example at the end of each level you try to collect matching shapes to earn extra lives, power ups and other items. So there is a good reward system to the game. It keeps you involved and switches things up. This game is very different form Super Mario Bros. 2 I don;t know if there were different creaters or production, but the gameplay is very different. Both were entertaining but this game has a much better feel to it.

The character in this game is a single hero name Mario. The story seems to be that I am to save the princess from bowser. The gameplay is really fun, i run through levels killing enemies and getting these really cool powerups. If i pick up one power up, it changes the special ability. My favorite so far is the "falling leaf." This power up gives me the ability to float and temporaroly fly thorugh levels. Another good power up is the "flower" this allows me to spit balls of flame at enemies. These power ups keep the game interesting. There is nothing like picking up a mushroom, it can save the game. The levels are really cool. I already made it to the second area which has a different theme. A desert theme. I can't wait to see what the next mario world will be!

There are a variety of different enemies in this game, and as I progress through the levels, I am always suprised with a new weapon. There is great variety in this game in general. The enemy soldiers show great Artificial Intelligence as they duck behind structures and ambush in groups. I am still getting used to the clarity of video games in HD. I am very impressed and this game is really cool of you like first person shooters.

This is a brand new system and the first game i have played on the Playstation 3. Overall I am very impressed with the High Definition grafix and the quality of the game design. All the weapons have secondary fire modes which has always been a favorite feature for me. The gameplay is very fast paced as apposed to the ducking and covering of "Gears of War" on Xbox 360. I found myself running through levels with multiple enemies and the action never slowed down. Something that I noticed that really interested me, was the details in the design of the enemies. The alien soldiers have a type of gas tank attached to their backs, and there are many hoses linked to this gas tank. If you shoot any one of these hoses, that one specific hose will detach and release gases into the air. I really thought that this detail was very cool and look forward to finding more details like this in the game during future gameplay.
