Well, I went back and tried the "RTS" mode and was very disappointed with the first two levels. In the "Chronicles of the Swords" mode, you control up to 5 units that can engage enemy's in battle, which then switches over to the standard fighting ring mode. It is really easy to beat because your units reincarnate really quickly.
Its a really good fighting game, I just am unable to play fighting games because i get frustrated so easily. I will continue to struggle onwards and maybe, someday, I will be able to win consistently.

Well, I beat the game. I completed the moon to over 690 meters large, and made the north star. I was almost tempted to be done with the game, but it has captivated me, I'm going to leave this open and from time to time pick the game back up and try to find presents and cousins and all the items.
The ending wasn't all that special, and the levels weren't very difficult (I only failed one once), but the ridiculous story line is well ridiculous.

I hate fighting games!
This game has awesome graphics and fighting stuff, its just that I can't do any of the special moves...
I should just stick to strategy games.
I beat a couple of the story mode for the individual characters. But each one took about an hour to beat. It made me want to give up video games forever. well not really...
There seems to be some ridiculous story behind all of it, something about an evil sword "Soul Edge" and a good sword "Soul Caliber" there are lots of unlockable characters and weapons and hours of game play to unlock it all. I will try to play this again later maybe give it a second chance.

Well, I picked up the game again yesterday and made a few new constellations and a new star. I also failed a mission for the first time, the king was very angry at me and the game got all dark and there were rain clouds, and then he told me I had to take a "Tepid Bath!!!" the very thought of a tepid bath made me afraid to play the level again, but I managed and beat it my second time through.
