My second time playing was mission 24-Gray imports. CJ had a run in with the cops and the cops made a good point. They were saying how they are happy with the fact that gangs are killing other gang members and making their jobs a whole lot easier because they are wiping the other gangs off the streets. Also, the cops tell him about the warehouses where Russians and Ballas are making gun deals and what not. The cops say to CJ that if he was smart he would be acting like them. When I (cj) goes to the warehouse, I go on a killing spree. This I think goes against the social contract theory in aspect to the game. The cops, who are the rule setters and the ones who lay down the law for others to abide, put me in a position to basically get myself in trouble but also help out the cops by making their job a little easier. How can others follow rules if the enforcers of the rules are looking to set people up to break them. This game promotes violence in every way possible. Also, this mission was showing how stereotypical people are- When cj busted the Russians, the russians were saying how dangerous America is and that they are never coming back. Also the cops were saying how the "ballas" are a lot smarter thang the gang members. The "ballas" are the ones making the real deals, while the gang bangers are still doing drive-bys.

Although this game is fun and addicting to play, the game is completely unreal. It focuses more on the vices of people rather than on people having good virtues. While i was playing it, I noticed that any where you go you could get yourself into trouble- fighting, stealing, drugs, and many other corruptions. My first half hour of playing was Ryders mission. It started off with me getting a hair cut and then going to get something to eat. I think just on this whole missiong i killed like 15 people. Not only did i shoot down the man working in the pizza parlor but also several people on the street. This game just completely sets you up to get into as much trouble as possible. CJ and his friends go completely against the virtue theory because not one of them posess the qualities of a good characters. They are all drugdealing killers. Ryder, his "homie" went into the pizza parlor and tried to rob the place. Before robbing the place, Ryder and CJ were outside and Ryder was obviously smoking weed because the game made portrayed it that way. Ryders character is one with many vices and seems to have no morals what so ever.
