This game offers new features that were not present in previous versions of Grand Theft Auto. The respect bar is still present, but now offers a new feature where I can mob through the levels with members of my gang. If I decide to "whistle" at fellow gang member, they will get in my car and shoot at enemies when I drive by them. Even if I shoot at an innocent character on the street, they will make sure to finish the job. Another great feature about this game is the skills upgrades. This game logs how much use each weapon and gives me new skills such as shooting two guns at the same time. my favorite thing to do in this game is to get on a motorcycle and shoot the police. My friends and I have competitions to see who can stand off the police the longest. This game is very detailed and I am always surprised by the random things people will say on the street.

The Grand Theft Auto series has always been a favorite of mine. The games have truly evolved since the pc platform version of GTA 1. The new 3d environment allows for way more destruction and way more killing, two features that I love in a game. The game has a plot and story line that I can participate in. There is a certain freedom in this game that is not present in any other game I have every played. I can decide not to do missions for anyone but just drive around killing people and have just as much fun. The freedom in this game is truly unique and sets the grounds for games in the future. Also this game is like a movie, it cuts to great cinematics that puts the character in a movie. One reason I like this game so much is that I can always turn it on and kill a few people and then just turn it off. Its always entertaining.
