Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare is masterpiece. In my opinion, the best game on the 360 (besides GTA IV). This FPS is the first shooter to have completely mastered bullet physics. Every bullet from every gun acts as a different object with different penetration and distance based on the caliber. The environments are also designed to interact with bullets. Nearly all surfaces in COD 4 can be shot through. Also, the player movement is not exaggerated like in Halo, but very slow and realistic. The player can only take a few bullets before he/she dies, unlike most shooters.
The multiplayer is populated at all hours by thousands of avid fans, but the single player shines as well. The story, graphics, voice acting, and gameplay give the game a truly real feel.
