San Andreas environment is incredibly racist. Its been a key focal point through out the game. They assume that all the African Americans love chicken. They certain aren't shy of the racist fact in the game. Which makes me question the ethics of the creators though. Where did they attain these stereotypes? and makes you wonder what they thought when they were programming these things into the game.

Today, I essentially decided to throw all my morals out the window, and just go on a massive killing streak. As you can imagine the San Andreas Police Department didn't like this. They pursued me on ground and air, it was a soon to be death for me. The strange thing I noticed though, a midst the violence, I noticed the Police after a certain point, begin to violate their moral code to take me down. I see the police chasing me in the game, they are striking pedestrians to pursue me, and openly shooting at me in publicly crowded areas. Now I know its a game, but the police completely disregard human life, to take down a suspect. This is completely against any form or code of ethics Police should follow.

AFter having not have played GTA San Andreas for a great deal of time, I put it back in and decided since it was my first time playing in a while, I would just get acclimated with the controls again. Right away its easy to pick up right where I left off, speeding though traffic with no regard for others lives, and instead of attempting to avoid pedestrians, actually aiming for them like traffic cones.
It doesn't take an ethics expert to notice that right away the code of ethics that exists for the people in the game, wouldn't adhere to our societies standards. The police in the game, would actually see you strike a pedestrian that was crossing the street with your car, and won't do anything about it. This game is a strong example of a fantasy-land, that we are able to throw away rules such as the laws and civil rights just to enjoy some mayhem.
