Me and Bruce finished the last half hour right before I had to go to class. Phew. I started by going to see Ryder and getting my hair cut. Which was kinda silly, because I was able to mysteriously grow facial hair by going to the barber. I passed the next mission, and then failed the graffiti mission. Twice. First I got shot, and then my terrible driving got Ryder's car blown up. It was kinda funny, because I got out of the car so I wouldn't get blown up and Ryder was there yelling at me to get back in. Then he got blown up himself. Yay for killing NPCs! Ahem. Anyway, by that time a half hour had passed and I stopped playing, so I never actually finished that mission.
As I've already said, I do not like this game. At all. It's all so immature and stupid. And, for the record, immoral.

So I played again yesterday (even though, once again, I'm updating about it a day later) at my friend Bruce's dorm. He actually knew what I was supposed to be doing, so, after getting killed a few more times, I actually completed the first mission! Yay! Keeping up with my cousin on that stupid bike was really hard. And random people kept shooting at me and running me over! I thought they were very rude.
I'm really not enjoying this game at all. It is incredibly and blatantly racist, sexist, and just about every other ist. It's filled with stereotypes and the plot seems simplistic thus far.

So I started playing Grand theft Auto on Monday. I went to the game lab between my two classes. It was loud in there, and I couldn't hear anything that they told me to do, so I was very confused. I got killed within the first 2 minutes when someone shot me while I was trying to figure out how to ride a bike. Then I died when I crashed my car a few too many times and it blew up in my face. Really, I just died a lot. Since I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing, I just ran around for a half hour. After a while I figured out that if you beat up old ladies you get their money. That was... interesting.
Finally some kind soul told me that I should be heading for the CJ on my map. Which, by that time, I had wandered FAR FAR away from. So I spent 10 minutes heading towards the CJ, by which time I had to go to class. So I will try to actually get somewhere later tonight. A friend of mine has the game, and seeing as I made no progress whatsoever I figure I'll head over there in about 15 minutes and start over.
