This game is just downright annoying, every time you get caught by a hall monitor you basically have to start all over again. I can’t even keep playing I’m so aggravated. I’ve basically memorized how to get through the stupid hallways because I’ve done it so many times I can’t count. What a dumb game.
The one overly apparent theme in this game was violence, because everything you do is for the purpose of destroying the school and killing the kids in it. I’m curious why the developer thought this was a good idea for a game, everything about it is so wrong. What was the developers purpose for creating the game? Was he trying to get a point across?
Overall, I was very bothered by the game and the fact that it was so frustrating just made me hate it even more. Like I mentioned before the language was over the top, and extremely annoying. You aren’t allowed to make any choices in the game, such as not planting the bombs. The whole narrative is already written for you. This is not a game I would ever spend my valuable time playing again.

My second round of this game was very similar to the last. It took me forever to finally get past the hallway monitors and cameras. I also renamed the sound and music folders for the game because they got ridiculously annoying. The game is all around poor on the development front, good thing it was free…
I finally got to the end of the hallway, but where the heck are you supposed to go in the cafeteria? Turns out you have to grab the propane bombs from the trunk… Good thing I pay attention to my surroundings. Anyways, you then proceed to plant some bombs under tables in the cafeteria. Now what? I seem to be getting lost in such a simple game…
I got back out and grabbed some guns and now I’m clueless. There appears to be an excessive amount of violence in this game. Everything the developer made is extremely over the top, like the language I mentioned before. The game is very violent, and quite obviously would have a high rating ESRB rating if ever released to the shelves in stores. Not a game I would recommend to any parents with children.

The whole concept of Columbine RPG really bothers me. Who would find it interesting and entertaining to recreate such a horrific experience, and allow other to play it over again? It seems somewhat sick and twisted. Fortunately for me, I’m only playing it as a requirement for this class.
The game starts out like a normal day, you wake up, call your buddy, grab your explosives from the basement…err wait… explosives? The first thing that jumped out at me was the choice of language throughout the entire conversations. You can’t go more than a couple words without an F bomb or any other lovely four letter words popping up. I guess it fits the context of the game, but it seems very over the top, almost excessive.
One of the most humorous aspects of the game for me was that when you got busted with either a hall monitor or a camera, you were just kicked out of the building, but you were allowed to walk right back in. Clearly the consequences of getting caught weren’t thought over in the development of the game. It seems like so far most of the game involves sneaking past the obstacles in the hallway to reach the end to the cafeteria. Even once you’re in the cafeteria you have to avoid all the same obstacles. I found it extremely annoying.
Overall, the violent language seems to be the most obvious issue so far in the game.
