While I still find the game to be very well written with very good graphics and visuals, I will talk about its level layout and controls.
The level layout begs for the player to get lost because it does not give any hint on where the objective lies and does not correct the player if he gets turned around. For that reason, a player can waste hours wondering back and forth trying to figure out which way to go.
Along with the level layout, the controls are not clearly discussed in game. For example, the only way to know how to crouch is looking up the key selection option. In addition to not having the controls explicitly stated, many of the controls do not work well together. For example, walk forward is w but crouch is ctrl.
However, the controls and level layout are a small price to pay for the outstanding story.
