I am currently experiencing "Gamer Fatigue" ... whatever that is (read about it on the internet).
Not many games are holding my attention, and I'm finding most new games terribly boring.. save a few here and there, but still..
With that said, I am closing this log. I just haven't had the motivation to start it up again, but maybe some day soon I'll get back to it.
I guess I could be one of those controversial game critics that butchers most everything and praises a couple.

I bought this game last weekend, but have only picked it up a couple times to play it. The game reminds me so much of Mafia 2, which was also a free roam city set in the 1940's. However, in this game you play as a detective. Not too many games put you in the shoes of a "good guy", and especially not any games from Rockstar.
Keyboard and mouse controls are strange, but maybe it'll just take some getting used to. Also, I wish the cinematics were of a little better quality. The face animation is pretty good, certainly not perfected (full body animation looks weird). And all of the women in this game seem to have the same character models but with different make-up and clothing.. Those were the nit picky things.
This is still a very fun game, and that loans itself to it being a completely new experience for me. I don't think I've ever played a crime investigation game. I've learned that I really suck at interrogating video game characters..
