Starcraft II Wings of Liberty is a great game in many ways. I originally started playing the game about a year ago but after about 2 months I started becoming very busy I had to put it on hiatus for almost a year. I started re-engaging in the game few weeks ago much as I could. This game does require you to have a fast computer with pretty good graphics or it won’t run smoothly at all. In terms of graphics you can select what quality you want to play on. The highest level of graphics is extremely clear but might cause a lot of lag unless you have a really powerful graphics card. The game is purely strategic, requiring both micro and macro skills. The general idea of the game is to build an army using minerals you mine and gas you consume using workers. With these supplies you can build different types of units based on what race you choose. For example my preferred race is terrain so I usually start with the marine marauder units. But there are tons of other units that can be created some requiring additional buildings in order to be created. The units are based on attack and defense levels, some with advantage over other units etc. When starting it is a bit complicated to get used to but after a day or so you will get used to game play pretty quickly. When playing online against other players you will be matched up with you rank (most of the time). There are many options of game play besides just regular game battle. Offline game play includes the main campaign which I haven’t played much of but the regular game battle against the computer comes with difficulty levels. Overall it’s a good game with great game play and graphics.
