Most recent game I played is Slender. This game is a very simple horror pc game. Basically you run around looking for pieces of paper (total of 8). It’s a first person game located in a forest where all you do is use the keypads to move around to find these papers while you have a creepy ghost like creature called Slender chasing you. Unlike other chase games Slender isn’t literally running after you but he is following you in a creepy way and he pops out of nowhere. As you find more of the pieces of paper the more often he comes up. If he is too close for a certain amount of time you lose. Basic mechanic of this game is search. One of the recourse such as health is the amount of time you are near Slender. Although there is no health bar or any other visuals showing how much health you have, health is determined by the amount of time you are close to Slender. The longer you are close to him the closer you are to death (approximately after 3 seconds of being very close to him you die). However if you get away you technically have full health again. In the game there are objects such as a truck, building, etc. The boundary is set by a visible fencing around the map where you can’t go past. Overall it’s a simple game that can be downloaded for free; the average game duration is about 7-10 minutes. It’s a fun creepy horror game that’s a must play.
