For gamelog five, I chose to play Horse Jumping 3D. It was a horse racing game. To me, it was more of a “girly” game. Playing this game was really simple to play. Also, its rules and instructions were pretty simple to follow as well. The left and right arrow key was used for moving to the left and to the right, the up and down key was for speeding, and the spacebar was used for jumping. The objective of the game was to enable the horse pass through all the obstacles by jumping through the hurdles without it falling to the ground. Horse Jumping 3D had a time limit to it and in order to win the game, the player playing the game must beat the time to win and also make sure you jump hurdles without making them fall. I, personally, didn’t really enjoy playing this game. It was just too straight forward for me. The horse moved straight ahead without making any turns. Also, the game didn’t have major rules or other things to it. It was just more of run and jump. In addition, I noticed that the game paused a lot in most cases. This made it very difficult for me to jump whenever I tried to. I lost through the entire game because the game kept pausing. I would only recommend this game to younger children between the ages two and five years old just because it’s not that interesting and children between those ages would find it interesting. I would also recommend it to only females between those ages. Other than those groups of people, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Overall, it was just too unexciting and uninteresting to play.
