The next few are about me and building games. I tried some building games. They seem fun. But I'd rather play a story. I finally understand why Garry's Mod is so useful for filmmaking in Source. You get a massive toolkit and free range to do whatever you want with it. I also discovered a bunch of mods, the names of which I recognized from the Steam Trading Cards. Trouble in Terrorist Town, I joined one of those and realized it's sort of like that mafia game where there are informants and you've got to figure out who is who before they kill whoever...terrible explanation but still, I recognized what was going on at least. I jumped in a few other mods with names I recognized and maps I recognized from the cards.
It's interesting how, having never played Garry's Mod before, but owning it for years, I was able to recognize things from the Steam Trading Cards. I suppose one interesting thing about them is that they can sensitize people into games that they haven't delved into yet. Anyway, I might go toy with this some more at some point, but in my everlong project to clean out my backlog, I'm marking this as retired.
