Good game, Clank time puzzles are especially awesome. I had some technical difficulties though, which were confirmed by others online, where my game kept getting stuck at certain planets. I tried over and over but the game would only occasionally load the planet. When I finally, after a week, got to the end of that planet, the game froze when it was loading out of it and erased all my progress through the entire planet. The game also had other crashes and freezes. It wasn’t my disc, it wasn’t my Playstation. Idk why it was like that, but i saw enough in 3 hours. Very samey to previous R&C games.
I’ll explain Clank’s time puzzles because they were so cool. You stand on a button to start a ‘recorder’ that records whatever Clank is doing while its timer ticks. Then you stop the recorder, stand on another button, activate that button’s recorder. Whatever Clank did on the first recorder will play alongside you, and you record for the second recorder. There are however many buttons/recorders per puzzle, and at the end, you play all the recorders and the real Clank can use all those recorded Clanks to solve the puzzle.
Example: I need to get through a door, but the door only opens by a switch that you have to hold to keep the door open. So you stand on a button (these Clank puzzle areas come with all the buttons and the whole puzzle set up for you, so there will be everything you need there!), create a recording of Clank going to hold the switch to the door. You stop the recording, play it, so that copy of Clank goes and opens the switch while you, the real Clank, go through the door that the copy has opened. It’s cool and gets nice and complex!
