For this last/third session I played about an hour. We successfully escaped the prison and made it out of the mountains.
Couple of things to note...
The prisoner I thought the guards had beat up was actually beaten to death... That's way worse than what I thought had happened. That's really messed up.
Another thing, the guards seem really easy to trick. They don't really seem to be watching the prisoners very carefully at all. I'm not really sure if this is what it is actually like in prison (highly doubt it) but I think the guards should be more attentive.
I thought it was interesting that there were options to either tie the couple up or release the horses. I don't know if the outcome is the same either way but we chose to release the horses and the old couple came back and called the cops on us. I think it is super wrong to steal from people and they definitely did the right thing by calling the cops but as the one trying to escape it was super annoying.
Lastly, I like that Vincent and Leo keep helping each other. There are many points where they could have left the other one behind yet they stick together even though they are practically strangers!
Lots to think about for this game. I'm going to try and finish it before writing the OPA and see what else it has to offer.

Leo and Vincent have started to break out already. They took the chisel and broke through the wall behind the toilets. The interaction of taking turns looking out for the guards was really cool.
As for moral stuff... there isn't too much to talk about. Vincent and Leo started a fight among the prisoners to get a guard to go away but that's about it. Besides the obvious of trying to break out of jail.

I totally forgot that this game log was due this week... I hope you will allow it to be turned in late!
Played first 30 minutes of the game.
One of the inmates shanked a guard... which is a terrible thing to do. But is it okay for the guards to whale on the inmate like that? They had him down already so everything else seems excessive.
It creates an interesting juxtaposition of playing with someone you already know and trust. The characters don't know each other or trust each other! Kind of a bizarre way to interact.
Guard just took a bribe to let them on the roof. Are guards supposed to do that? I'd say definitely not but what do I know!
