So the ps5 version is finally here. It is much more polished and finally playable without the game crashing every half an hour. If you’ve played cyberpunk before, not much is different there isn’t much new content so if you’ve already done everything there isn’t really any reason to play this again. However if you’ve never played this before. I recommend it, it has a pretty solid story with some amazing world building although you do have to do a lot of reading to learn about the lore of cyberpunk. Combat is really good and holds up, the variety of weapons such as guns, melee weapons like katanas, baseball bats and even blades that can come out of your arm. This game is a mix of blade runner and ghost in the shell. Imagine you’re typical 80s/90s cyberpunk movie into a video game.
The side quests are all really fun and can be really ridiculous at times like a talking vending machine you eventually become friends with, self aware cars you have to stop from going on a rampage in night city and a lot more. You also have assassination missions where you have to go to a location and kill a specific target, these can be quite repetitive but are always fun and a good way to get some quick cash. Altogether a solid game with a good story that is finally playable and looks stunning
