This first day I spent most of the time waiting for the dummy game to download. Once the game was installed i started it up and started playing. the first thing you see is the intro which introduces you to the player the ranger. It shows a person that is torn between the present and the past. I have not played the first game so I'm not sure how what is going on. but from what I can tell the main character is searching for something. The first level consisted mostly of stealth as i tired to hide from the orks while at the same time learn the controls of the game. its somewhat frustrating.

Good job Alex! You make some interesting observations in your game logs, especially when it comes to the mind control mechanic. In this part of your entry you write “This (the mind control mechanic) is a interesting part of the game and makes your character very darker / evil. Orks aren't the most friendly of people but at least their not trying to enslave your mind.” Some ethical question to consider here would be: why does controlling the orcs mind make the player character (or even the player) “evil”? If you were controlling the Orcs mind to make them more friendly or fight for a cause the player considers just would the moral implications of enslaving the orc’s minds change? Keep diving deeper into these questions!
