My second session I actually managed to die. Good thing this isn't a rougelike. I noticed the game puts a lot of emphasis on the other characters "remembering your choices for later". It even manages to tell the player that much with text in the top left(?) corner ever time the player makes a choice that will become impactful later. This choice system has clear moral implications, although I have not gotten far enough to see any extreme consequences of those choices.

Good work Jason! You bring up an interesting point in how you think your lack of prior knowledge to the Iranian history of Black Friday allowed for you to be less bias in your decision making. How can the player experience differ for people with prior knowledge to the subject matter as opposed to those without prior knowledge? Do player’s have an inherent advantage in making choices best for their survival if they come in with prior knowledge to the subject matter?
