Yet again not much has changed in gameplay but the missions are getting a little bit harder. In the story there is a some political narratives going on in the Marrakesh mission. Otherwise the game has kept to its former ethical guidelines of punishing you for killing non-target people.

There is some interesting commentary in the game that you write about with how the game punishes the player by lowering their score if they kill non-targets. Additionally, your comment that “If you play the game without killing anyone else but your target you could argue that hitman is acting ethical” has a lot of potential to explore as an ethical topic. Also, the comment the game makes of the killing being ethical because there are good reasons provided and this is essentially the “death penalty” for the crimes the targets have committed could also be explored further in the OPA.
