When I first got this game I didn’t exactly have the new controls down and that took away from the experience of the game. As time went on I began to get a feel for the controls and play a lot more freely. I played the older versions a lot senior year of high school because I was playing the sport. Its social aspects were always interesting to me because I would always play my football buddies and during a game talk a lot of shit to them. It seemed that in the moment of the madden game my friends and me were being pulled back into the emotions of playing the sport. It became extremely personal to my friends when I would score a leading touchdown with 3 seconds left on the clock.
Now that I’m up here away from my old football buddies I have seemed to mellow out in my playing and also became better. I played my brother for this assignment and was not attached if I got one or two touchdowns down because I knew crazy thing happen during the last few minutes. Sure enough in the forth quarter I came back from a three-touchdown deficit to win triumphantly. I also notice that I have stopped being so emotionally attached to the game allowing myself to enjoy it more.
This is a unique game because it has a large following due to its competitive nature. I have always played it for fun not extremely often but also have seen people who take it to another level. They annualize your style at another level then I operate at and these are usually the people who beat me horribly. I play the game on instinct where as others play annalistically and take me out. These are the reasons I like this game, because it seems simple but the levels of understanding go deeper tan you think.

also you are missing all your other gamelogs i would talk to Jim(the proffessor) about it, or it will seriusly harm your grade. gamelogs are the easyest way to get points and help out your score you have lost almost all the game log points for all your gamelogs, not being there and this being a barly non trivial submission

p.s i believe i just graded your brother right before this, you and him name two different Maddens (2007 and 2008), try and be correct and consistant about which game it is as you are gonna be graded by the same grader and seeing two people doing the same game and claim they are two different games is annoying.(there is nothing wrong with playing the same game as long as you write your entries sepratly)
