Gameplay
After playing more it started to get kind of boring only playing computers. I started doing some fun things that didn't really require skill. I was playing 3 computers with low handicap so i could blast them off the stage in 1 or 2 hits. Then i put all homerun bats and tried to kill 3 computers with no handicap. This also became boring and i didnt really want to play anymore. This game cant be played for a long time with only one person unless you are trying to unlock something.
Design
The design of this game is pretty good in my opinion. It has a unique fighting system that has not been copied yet. The use of familiar characters is also another good design aspect of the game. It allows players to use characters that they like and also they get a sense of what moves the character may have before they even play. The way they set the blast damage is also very good in this game. For example Donkey kong will not be blasted as far off the map as kirby because he is a heavier character. The items make the game fun, but i like to play with no items because items can give a great advantage to one person. The level design is good in this game. There are a few levels that seem to small but they are better for certain characters. The actual fighting is very basic movements just up down left right with either A or B, not the typical motion based moves that are in alot of fighting games. The smash brothers fighting system is more based on timing of hits and the ability to survive.

This is rather short and shallow. It could be improved by both elaborating on the gameplay and by deeper analysis. For instance, talk more about what level design entails, and how it favours certain characters, and why. Or maybe about items and how they can change the flow of gameplay, and why they make the game more or less fun.
