Feel too week to continue with the story battles (there's Black Mages and archers about). Hoping to build up my team a little, get some better healing going than running my chemist all over. Unfortunatly, I keep getting thrashed in the random battles right now. That shouldn't last long, but so many games, so little time.

Everyone in you party should be able to equip the ability "Item", that is *very* important early in the game. Set your jobs to Chemist and learn to use potions and phoenix down, at least. Learn the JP-Up ability from the Squire job, too.

Of course, a White Mage is very important and open other cool jobs. If you learn Throw as a Chemist, you can equip it when you are not a Chemist and be able to throw potions a long distance.

Thanks for the advice Nico.. I've been trying to figure out how to build up my healing resources. My Chemist has been getting stretched to the breaking point.
