So after watching the epic intro with Samuel Jackson and I think Eminem, I flew around the streets crashing into cars on my bicycle. After trying to figure out the mechanics of the game for 20 minutes I dedided to visit CJ er um DMX? So after my conversation with CJ, we take a ride and see some Thug Dude, of whom I can't remember his name because I was so focused on the guy behind him looking like Easy-E! Many iconic images and voices in this game. I am really impressed with the intro and storyline at this point. I think it was real cool when gangsters drove by me in their car shooting me on my bike. I have been cracking up with laughter so far. I think the graphics are outdated a bit but the story and characters outweigh all that. A child should never be exposed to a game like this. Fully adult oriented in a great fashion. I am sure there are many out there that opposed the release of this game due to it's content and violent nature. Some may believe this is a negative influence on society. I say, it's not an influence, I say real life may have influenced this game. Mission #1 passed, Respect.

I played San Andreas for the second time today, and it is just as cool at the first day. I rolled around with Easy-E for a while. I had a real hard time with the controls while walking around as I am now playing the PC version. It seemed to lock on one direction and was hard to turn while walking and to see where I was going. I was trying to kill people for money and I couldn’t find much. I couldn’t even find a gun, bad luck for me today. I believe I am on mission three right now, but I have veered away from mission mode, because I am having too much fun evading police. This game is definitely exhibiting a whole ton of unethical situations that happen in what we would consider to be bad areas in our society. I do not think there is anything wrong with that. This game says take a look at this type of lifestyle. I know this game is exaggerating the thug life quite a bit. I would hope no one playing this game would take any of it seriously. I do see how this game in the hands of a young one could be a negative influence and desensitize them a bit. I like the upgrades of the character as well. That makes me want to try bigger stunts on the bike to get more upgrades. I am taking a break and playing again at midnight to see if anything stands out for my next log.
